Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SME with deep expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow PPM modules in complex enterprise environments. As a ServiceNow SME, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow PPM solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow PPM, providing guidance on best practices, process improvements, and technical solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow PPM modules. Configure and customize ServiceNow PPM applications, including Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management. Integrate ServiceNow PPM with other enterprise systems as needed. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Servicenow, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow SME and 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow PPM. Proven experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow PPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio). Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, and related ServiceNow modules.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
